I’m really disappointed with my recent order. After spending over £30, I expected much better quality and service. One item in particular — the cheesy waffle bread for £3.79 — barely had any cheese on it, which felt like a complete waste of money. What made the experience worse was finding a handwritten note in the order asking for a 5-star review in exchange for a “buy one, get one free” offer. This felt very unprofessional and a bit manipulative, especially considering the food didn’t meet basic expectations. Overall, the portion quality and value for money were not there, and the request for a positive review left a bad impression. I wouldn’t order again based on this experience.
