Nui Ko is all about fresh, homemade, nutritionally balanced, preservative-free food; heathy living and delicious food should be a way of life and available to everyone. Our dishes are created daily, using natural organic ingredients, flavoured with fresh herbs and spices. There’s no MSG, no additives, just cracking good food, that’s good for you! Our dishes are chef-designed - each chef is an expert in their particular regional cuisine, skilled in traditional techniques, passed down through generations. We want to pass this love of traditional cookery on to future generations.
