Absolutely incredible! We’ve been searching for ages for a proper smash burger, and Zak’s has completely exceeded our expectations. We visited on Saturday and we’re still talking about it! We ordered two Big Cheesy Meals with regular fries — honestly, 100/10. Everything was spot on. We also got two kids’ smash burger meals, and even our fussy eaters devoured every bite (and the portions were huge!). To top it off, we had three milkshakes — two chocolate and one Bueno — all absolutely delicious. The service was just as impressive. Our 3-year-old daughter was waving and chatting away to the man serving us, and he kindly gave her a free tub of sweets, which she absolutely loved — such a lovely touch. Even better, he brought our food straight over to the car within 5–10 minutes, then came back to check how everything was. You just don’t get that level of service anymore — especially not at a takeaway! We’ll 100% be back. We’re not super local, but it’s more than worth the trip — and we’ll definitely be returning soon!
