Was it the best burger I've ever had? Yes. Were the staff friendly and nice? Hell yeah. The juicy burger with melting cheese was awesome, but not greasy. However, the bun wasn't really my type. It was fresh and fluffy, but I like it crispy. The poutine was overrated; I've had better. But $11 for this? Nah, too much. The gravy was watery, and the cheese was kinda chewy, so overall, maybe a 4 at best. the fries were crispy and fresh; I loved them.

What can I say about this place man! I give them 10/10 on everything. Katerina is an asset to this place. She was so sweet, friendly, and super accommodating. Top top tier customer service from Katerina. Im not from here and I’ll definitely remember this place whenever I’m around! Niki is a bit reserved but she does her job very well! What can i say about the chef! Proper smash burger. Enjoyed every bite! The fries were also crispy and tasty. I also got an extra cookie, such a lovely people in this place! My friends ask me which restaurant shall we go to? Im definitely screaming Juicy Joe’s burger!! Lol! Honestly enjoyed my time there

The staff are friendly and welcoming. I went right when they opened and it wasn't busy. But it didn't stay that way for long. They have an order kiosk and a person that can take your order there. Very convenient. The food was delicious. I ordered the truffle mushroom and swiss burger and my dad had the bacon cheese burger. His looked really good as well, he loved it. The food was fairly quick to come out and they have self serve water. Really good service and restaurant. Will definitely go back again.

Juicy Joe’s Burger absolutely lives up to its name! The burgers are incredibly juicy, flavorful, and cooked to perfection. You can really taste the quality of the ingredients in every bite. On top of that, the service was excellent — friendly, fast, and genuinely welcoming. The staff made sure everything was just right and added to the overall great experience. If you’re craving a delicious burger with outstanding service, Juicy Joe’s is definitely the place to go!

I was invited back to Juicy Joe’s for a complimentary dinner after my last visit, and I’m really glad I went. The team treated us with so much warmth and attention. I ordered the Impossible Burger, and they even smashed it on my request — such a nice gesture! It turned out perfectly juicy and flavorful. My partner tried a pineapple double-patty beef burger for the first time, and he genuinely loved it. Mr.Sina the owner also surprised us with his special family-recipe strawberry cheesecake — absolutely delicious — and the cookies were fresh, not frozen. The poutine on the side was good as well. Overall, the service was fabulous: attentive, friendly, and very welcoming. I really appreciated the effort they put into making our experience great this time. Thank you, Juicy Joe’s!
