ordered Pepe’s for my friend’s birthday as a surprise, and it never even turned up. Somehow your app decided to mark it as “delivered” even though it was never at his door. My friend checked everywhere, and there was nothing there. To make it even worse, when I tried to get a refund for food that was NEVER delivered, your app wouldn’t even let me request one. So I’ve paid for food that nobody received, and your refund system doesn’t even work. This completely ruined my friend’s birthday surprise, and the whole experience has been awful. It’s unacceptable that you can mark an order as delivered when it clearly wasn’t, then make it impossible for customers to get their money back. I expect a full refund immediately. If this isn’t sorted quickly, I’ll be taking it further because this level of service is ridiculous. Do better.
