This is easily one of my favourite spots. My go-to order is the peri wings meal, usually with mango & lime mixed with mild or extra hot. The sauces and flavouring they use are genuinely addictive, and the wings are consistently cooked well. I also appreciate that they sometimes add an extra wing if a few are smaller, which feels fair and thoughtful. The peri-peri fries are delicious and the portions are very generous—often closer to a large even when ordering a regular. I’d also recommend the nuggets and onion rings, and the quarter chicken box is another great option; the chicken is juicy, well-coated in sauce, and served with a generous portion of rice. The garlic mayo is amazing too, although sometimes the tubs aren’t filled all the way, which can be a little disappointing. I also really enjoyed the limited-edition barbecue sauce for the wings they had a while ago and hope they bring that flavour back! That definitely needs to stay on the menu. Service can be a bit hit or miss at times, sometimes when ordering a meal for takeout which needs utensils they often forget and preparation time varies depending on how busy it is, but that’s understandable since the food is made fresh and grilled. Prices have gone up, which I’ve noticed, it shouldn't be higher than it is now. Overall the quality, flavour, and portions still make it a place I keep coming back to.
