Je ne recommande pas ce restaurant – do not recommend. The restaurant doesn’t seem to have the slightest idea of what hospitality means. I ordered food which took close to 3 hours to prepare. Nowhere was this disclosed so that customers can take an informed decision, on the contrary they had given me a 1 hour ETA. When I called the restaurant to inquire, I was met with a condescending behavior, with no apology nor explanation for the delays and then I was hung up on. I tried calling after another hour as there was still no sight of my food, but the restaurant never picked up the phone again. They either closed their line or blocked my number. Once the food arrived, for a VERY late dinner, my friends enjoyed the dishes. I find solace in the fact that AT LEAST the food was good. This behavior is beyond unacceptable. It is regretful that I find myself writing this review. I’m always eager to uplift africain restaurateurs but in this case I must warn others. These are the standards of the restaurant. No steps were taken to address these issues, no apology, no goodwill gesture.
