I was happy to see they have self ordering, which I really like, but the experience was very confusing. I like hot sauce but that cost extra!! It kept asking for my phone number over and over. NO WAY. I was finally able to skip that after 3 tries. I was going to walk out. There were 2 parties in front of me (5 people) but my bowl took 14 minutes to prepare. He gave someone in front of me a gift card and apologized for the wait so they must have been longer. The food was ok. I had the Canadian bowl. Very little garlic sauce. It has lettuce in it which tastes gross. I had to pick it out. Meat was good. Look it wasnt terrible and I'm not saying I'll never return but I definitely prefer Osmows or Lazeez by quite a lot.
