Moroccan Flavors' decor is inspired by the Northern Moroccan city of Chefchaouen, where every building is painted in a cool shade of blue. Founded in 1471, the walled city's remote, mountainous location kept it insulated from the rest of the world for centuries. Today the city is a dream-like destination for wanderers and adventurers across the globe. If you have not tried a tagine before, this is the time to try it! A tagine is a traditional Moroccan stew slow-cooked in stoneware also called a tagine. The conical shape of the tagine gathers the steam which condenses and trickles back into the stew creating an especially moist and flavorful dish!
