Our group was looking for halal poutine. We originally wanted to go to Montreal Kabob a couple doors down, but they were too busy, so we came here instead. We ordered two original poutines, five beverages, and two salads. I\'m almost positive we were overcharged (even taking tax into consideration), because the math just didn\'t add up. We received the two poutines fairly quickly, but they forgot about our salads until we finally asked about them. The poutine was pretty good, but the salads were unimpressive (simultaneously overdressed and skimpy with toppings). The decor was...strange, to say the least. Disappointing, would not return, especially since overcharging people seems to be a trend for this place.

The chicken and cheese we ordered was absolutely delicious — great quality, well-prepared, and full of flavor. Definitely a highlight of the place. I visited with my wife, and at first I wondered if the way we were treated was because we didn’t speak French, or maybe because we had carry-on luggage with us — I’m not sure. But overall, the interaction didn’t feel welcoming, and the staff member’s attitude was a bit unusual and unfriendly, which made the experience less enjoyable
