Staff has given verbal assurance of halal status.. From their FAQ page: 'Yes, we are Halal. Our Halal chickens are supplied to us by Gafoors of Preston. They are authorised by the Islamic Institute of Jurisprudence and are one of the UKÃ¢Â€Â™s leading suppliers of Halal chicken.' I have rung Gafoors of Preston who have verbally confirmed all their meat is hand slaughtered and not stunned.
