About Dave’s Hot Chicken

Three childhood friends, just $900 to our names and a dream hotter than our chicken. In 2017, we opened in a gritty East Hollywood parking lot—folding tables, a portable fryer, and the LA night sky. Then, Instagram did its thing. People came, tasted and spread the word. Friends told friends. And soon enough, EATER LA sent a reporter. One bite of our hot chicken tender and he was hooked. The next day, he wrote, “East Hollywood’s New Late Night Hot Chicken Stand Might Blow Your Mind.”
