Falsely advertising shawarma for $9.99 but charging $11.99. It was burnt and so greasy. Not edible. Oil leaking through the wrap. I was also charged 75 cents for white sauce. How do you sell a shawarma but charge extra for sauce? Mine took over 12 mins to make. No shawarma spot in NY takes this long. Terrible experience. Shahs becoming a franchise was the worst thing to happen to their quality. Go to Flame halal gyro, much better food there
