Had a meal in with father and sister this evening. Was welcomed and warmly greeted by the waiter Jess who was very attentive and showed us all the different options. Was recommended the Triple Patty as had not eaten all day! It was an excellent choice. Jess really made us feel welcome and her customer service was on point. The beef was very succulent and juicy. The chips are made fresh and cooked in peanut oil so had a homemade feel to it unlike other places that use frozen chips. Shoutout to the 2 Jess's and the 3 chefs in the back (apologies I forgot their names). Definitely coming back again and highly recommend

Flaming Patties on Ladypool Road is a solid place for a burger. The food is really good, fresh, and full of flavour. The staff are friendly, polite, and make you feel welcome from the moment you walk in. Orders are quick and they actually care about getting things right. I would definitely recommend Flaming Patties if you are in the area and want a good burger with great service. The only thing I would recommend is that the kids meal come with a toy and a drink.

We’re from London and we stopped over in Birmingham on my way to Wales. The food was amazing and the service from Farhana was great. Would definitely come again ☺️

First things first — Sam! If customer service had a definition, it would be him. From the moment we walked in, Sam was polite, attentive, and genuinely respectful. When we accidentally spilled a drink, he helped immediately and went above and beyond by helping clean it all up without hesitation. He guided us through the entire menu, patiently answered every question, asked about allergies, and made sure we felt completely taken care of. That level of service is rare and truly appreciated. The service on the food was literal minutes, which was impressive on its own. I ordered the cheeseburger with fries, and it did not disappoint. The fries are fried in peanut oil, giving them that classic Five Guys–quality taste — crispy, golden, and full of flavor. The beef patty was clearly good quality, juicy, and satisfying. I also loved that you can fully customize your burger with unlimited toppings, allowing you to make it exactly how you want. Between the fast food, great quality, and especially Sam’s outstanding customer service, Flamin’ Patties delivered an amazing experience. Sam truly made the visit memorable — highly recommend!

Flamin Patties is honestly one of my favourite burger spots, I’ve been coming since it first initially opened. The food is always fresh and full of flavour. Rajvi was absolutely lovely - so friendly, attentive, and accommodating. She packed everything up beautifully and even asked if I wanted extra sauces, which was such a thoughtful touch. A wonderful experience all around & I can’t wait to go back, great food, great service, can’t go wrong! x
