We visited last time at this food business suppose to be hygiene bad small when you enter very congested I was wondering In Virginia we want to see a Pakistani restaurant with Excellent Ambiance Excellent Food Excellent Service but in last almost 3 decades my wish never comes true

Paratha rolls were good until they changed the paratha. They used to use white flour and the taste was on perfect level then they switched to Wheat flour. Taste is not the same anymore. Location Chantilly

If there’s one place that can give true competition to Desi Bethak, it’s none other but the newest gem in Northern Virginia and yes I am talking about Baba’s biryani in Chantilly Virginia. I am so happy that Baba Tahir opened his new place so close to my home (right when I thought I will start losing weight 🤦‍♂️). I went for Inauguration Day of Baba’s Biryani and they had FREE BIRYANI FOR ALL between 5pm and 9pm (YES ABSOLUTELY FREE, you didnt have to purchase anything as they were not selling anything today 14th August 2023). The decor is modern and you get open feel as you enter the restaurant. The colors are bright but not gaudy and give a very good vibe and you can feel positive energy all around. The ceiling fixtures are aesthetically selected (check the pix out) and doesn’t give dingy desi restaurants feel. Everything inside is sooooooooo pleasing to eyes. Baba’s Biryani was bustling with folks from all around Ashburn, Herndon, Reston, Chantilly, Fairfax, Centerville area as well as from as far as Arlington and Alexandria. People were walking in enjoying their meals and heading out. Baba Tahir was kind enough to give to go biryani for free for folks who couldn’t dine in. As today was free for all Biryani day, all we had was chicken biryani with Raita (yogurt chutney) and Gulab Jamun on the house. Like how Virginia is for Lovers, Baba’s Biryani is for Biryani Lovers. The biryani was though spicy but it was super flavorful. My 11 year old son, who’s has better tastebuds than mine complimented the biryani at his first bite. He said “baba though it’s spicy but it’s sooo good”. The Gulab Jaman was perfect, red, soft, juicy and delicious. The chicken in the biryani was moist and the potatoe soft. Just like how you would get it in Karachi, Pakistan. They will serving Halwa Puri, Qeema Paratha and anda Paratha on the weekend while serving chicken, mutton and mutton Nalli Biryani (on select day for nalli biryani) everyday. They will also have Anday wala Burger, Shami Bun Kabab, Zinger chicken burger and Ham burgers too. The event was beautifully organized and apart from Tahir bhai and his stuff, Bilal Khan ensured everyone was entertained, who is responsible for introducing amazing concept of Cha Studios at Cha Tea House. He greeted everyone with a smile and explained the concept of Baba’s Biryani, which is having Karachi street food close by (check the video out). I am so glad to have met some friends and family there, who, like me, were there for not just biryani but also to wish Baba Tahir well. Ms Naila Alam was honorary Chief Guest for the event, who is first ever female Pakistani American city council member in Herndon Virginia. I always enjoy Biryani by Baba Tahir, but free Biryani tastes even better lol. I will be frequenting Baba’s Biryani for sure. May Allah guide me and help reduce my weight because only He can. With Baba’s Biryani right round the corner in Chantilly, I will feel pretty helpless. So Glad to have taste of Karachi so close to home.
