Our Uyghur ethnic cooks with ancestors from Uyghur's who are well-informed about the ancient recipes allowing us to offer the centuries old Uyghur foods. Extremely slow service. No refills unless you ask. Missed half the food order. Perhaps growing pains so might give it one more try maybe in 6 months.
