GoogleThe food at corkscrew is amazing! I’m not really a bbq person, but even if you aren’t, this is definitely worth trying. Come early right around opening time because they have long lines and start running out of items early in the morning day (like around 1 pm). Although lines can be an hour or longer, the wait is worth it. Servers also come by in the line to take drink orders so you can have a cold drink or beer while waiting. The meats are incredibly tender and fall off the bone, they also have the smoky char. We had the creek stone prime rib beef, 1/4 lb brisket, jalapeño cheese link, and pork ribs. For sides we had Mac and cheese and got peach cobbler for dessert. Warning - parking can be difficult to find. You may have to try lots behind the property
