Burns isn’t just selling food. The food is phenomenal tender brisket, boudin that smoking with flavour. Coming here I didn’t bother to pick up my phone, I enjoyed the experience and as I was eating it started to get a little sentimental. This style of cooking isn’t everywhere, so I am very grateful to have been apart of the burns legacy. Just by being a returning customer. Here you can eat and not worry about who’s looking because everyone focus is on their own plate. I haven’t tried any other major bbq places.. why go anywhere else?
