Display says chicken shawarma (halal). They also sanitize and clean for you and did not make a big deal of it. Suggest you find someone who understands english more than items on the menu ... had american lady in the kitchen who was cool and understood the ask and concern

I walked all the way here from a different terminal just to find out that they use the SAME GRILL for the halal items and haram food that they serve (all the haram meats such as pork). This is definitely contamination, and I would reconsider other options. Subways is a good option but I always make sure to tell them to change their gloves as they touch all the ham and pork, they're supposed to do so anyway as that's the rule but sometimes they don't.

I was visiting Chicago last week and I noticed halal food options at this restaurant on Terminal near near gate L1, next to McDonalds. The options were Chicken Biryani and Gyro Sandwich. The chicken biryani is provided by Bawarchi Biryani. Other options were veg Samosa, chanala masala and veg Biryani.
