This outlet for Burger King is located on the floor with the famous food court in Dolmen Mall Karachi at their Clifton location. It is not a full walk-in location but being at the food court, there are plenty of tables and chairs that they share with the rest of the restaurants. During my last trip to the mall, I ordered the double decker burger and made sure that the cashier understood that I did not want any Cheese in it. After repeating myself a few times and getting verbal assurance... about 10 minutes later I got the burger with Cheese! I took it back to the counter and the same cashier, instead of admitting her mistake told me that if I didn\'t want Cheese I should have ordered the Whopper! However a manager overheard the conversation and stepped in, apologized and got me the burger I wanted 5 minutes later. I would forgive this mistake and blame it on maybe a new worker who is not properly trained. The manager however was very courteous and nice. As far as the taste is concerned, it was really good. I also tried a bite of their Chicken Tikka burger which is unique to maybe the Pakistani market. Also tried their crispy Chicken sandwich that was also very good. Although the Burger King sandwiches and burgers were not as good as the ones that I have tried in the middle east, they were still not far behind in taste and quality. As compared to McDonalds in Karachi, Burger King is a far better option IMHO.
