I love the food but unbelievable that the drivers will pick up more orders so urs get u cold .And nothing u can do about it .

Tend to collect my own food even if I order via the just eat app. Just my preference so cannot comment on that side. However we’ve been 4-5 times now and I’ve not been disappointed. Like everywhere things are getting pricey, but a meal including fries, a drink & sauce for £10 is pretty decent. My issue is there are 4 of us & you always add extras it gets expensive. That said everything we’ve tried is lovely. Nothing has disappointed us, always piping hot. The staff are all incredibly friendly, I’ve not seen a women in there in pretty sure all guys & they’ve all been lovely. Unicorn hill isn’t somewhere I’d normally go alone at night thanks to the druggie drunk delinquents that seem to congregate near there. Probably why no women work there. However it’s well lit & it’s pretty busy around so people would help you if something did happen (Redditch is a kind friendly place usually) although I’ve found these people hanging around they don’t really bother you it’s just a bit intimidating if alone. They’re not in the shop & the staff probably find them an annoyance too. Unfortunately whether you go to Wetherspoons over the road, the local chippy or here at Rio’s these people are around it’s a great busy location & fantastic is thriving with loads of choice it’s just the police really need to sort the issue out. There are signs which state that drinking is prohibited in the street. The restaurant it’s sent is very clean. I’ve witnessed them cleaning on numerous occasions, even the HUGE glass window is immaculately clean. When someone gas eaten the table has been cleared pretty quickly. Seems to be a decent quota of staff. I would happily recommend, can see a few reviews have said they’ve changed not great etc but we’ve been going hmmm a month or so and it’s been great each time!

Rio’s has massively gone downhill! Constant mistakes, to the point we’re going to have to go elsewhere. Wrong spices, Missing Fries, Missing Drinks. These on separate occasions. We ordered Plain Chicken and fries. These are usually crispy, a nice coating! Tonight, it was like they were boiled in water! A sloppy mess in a bag! Pictures attached. How this food could be sent out, I don’t understand. Very disappointed as Rio’s was one of my favourites.
