Burgers were decent as well as the fries and their milkshakes are also pretty good.

Compared to the Milpitas location, I rate this place as poor. I am sure they have the \"new store blues,\" and that things will improve over time, however I would be remiss not to leave an honest review. Burgers were cold, and not served/dressed as advertised. I saw the workers keep looking at what appeared to be an instruction sheet while cooking the food and making our milkshakes, which was way too sweet and inedible. had to throw it out! Not sure if I will return as this place isn\'t located any closer to our home than the Milpitas location, and the Milpitas is consistently good. I hope they improve. Location is small, with limited parking.

Awesome burgers! Great milkshakes! Just knowing we have delicious, fresh cooked Halal cheeseburgers so close makes my mouth water. From Pleasanton to Fairfield to Richmond to Brentwood, you will not find a better burger place anywhere. We will be coming back again and again.
