The counter-service set-up allows for total customization: Start with a Lebanese roll, golden rice, salad or a bed of hummus, then add beef or chicken shawarma, kefta kabob (grilled lamb) or falafels. Top it off with the sauce of your choice from a list that includes tahini, raita (spiced yogurt sauce) and spicy tomato.
