The menus clearly state that halal food is served. From the management: 'BurgerFuel has ensured that high-quality meat products are strictly Halal certified. This includes our beef patties and grilled free-range chicken. Please note that while the chicken in our fried chicken products (specifically Modifried Thunderbird and Choppers) are Halal, they are crumbed at a premises that is not Halal certified. If you are Halal we’re happy to cook your favourite burger on a separate grill, using clean utensils. Our stores are not Halal in the strictest sense, some products on our menu are not halal certified.'

I would give zero stars if there were an option. I had a really disappointing experience at BurgerFuel Silverdale. The bun was burnt, the chicken was extremely overcooked and tough, and there was no sauce in the burger at all. On top of that, my order was incorrect — bacon was added when it shouldn’t have been. When I raised these issues, the staff didn’t seem interested in fixing it properly. The two girls working appeared dismissive and were giggling in the kitchen, which made the situation feel even worse. I usually love BurgerFuel, but this visit at the Silverdale branch was a letdown and didn’t reflect the brand’s usual standards.
