The menus clearly state that halal food is served. From the management: 'BurgerFuel has ensured that high-quality meat products are strictly Halal certified. This includes our beef patties and grilled free-range chicken. Please note that while the chicken in our fried chicken products (specifically Modifried Thunderbird and Choppers) are Halal, they are crumbed at a premises that is not Halal certified. If you are Halal we’re happy to cook your favourite burger on a separate grill, using clean utensils. Our stores are not Halal in the strictest sense, some products on our menu are not halal certified.'

The service was good and the server did apologize for the wait. As we had waited 30minutes for 3 burgers & 2 fries. I am not sure if they were just understaffed or new staff but the burgers were not it tonight 😩 the buns were burnt on all 3 burgers it was like rock solid & it just didn't taste nice today. I have been eating burger fuel for 10+ years and the quality has always been A1 but unfortunately today was a disappointment. I have been to Albany branch multiple times and have never had a complaint until today 😕
