Since 1997, we have been offering our customers the finest Persian cuisine. Chicken and lamb dishes as well as vegetarian specialties - everything is freshly prepared by ourselves and served with basmati rice. Many of our customers come to us several times a week, because they value the tasty and cheap food. We look forward to welcoming you! You can also order our meals for your guests' needs - for private or business events, it is a good idea to surprise friends, family or colleagues with a special meal.

I ordered Abgoosht with Torshi. This restaurant offers home-made quality food which is made by irannian moms.
We visited this place with my husband on a cold, snowy winter day. After visiting Heidelberg Castle, we stopped here for a quick lunch — the restaurant is very close by, which makes it a perfect spot. The food was truly delicious, and you can feel that this is a place run with heart. We ordered Sereshk Polo with chicken and the vegan chestnut, walnut, and pomegranate sauce. Both dishes were excellent; the rice was rich and flavorful, definitely not dry. The taste felt genuinely homemade and authentic. We also had their yogurt–mint drink, which complemented the food beautifully. What added greatly to the experience was that the lady herself both cooked the food and served us. Seeing her chat with local guests gave the place a very warm, neighborhood feeling and strengthened the sense of a truly home-style restaurant. We have visited many Persian restaurants, but this one felt the most authentic and homemade so far. I lived in Azerbaijan for some time, and although the cuisine is different, there are influences from Iran — this food reminded me very much of the delicious local dishes I knew from my neighbors there. Do not expect a high-end restaurant. Some dishes have a vegan twist, so it is important to come without the wrong expectations. What you will find instead is simple, honest, heart- and soul-warming food. Prices are very fair for the quality offered. We definitely recommend giving this place a try. Pavli & Amaan Shaikh
Enjoy homemade Iranian food that will remind you of your childhood. It's right in front of the Heidelberg funicular. The owner, an Iranian woman, has been running this restaurant and catering service for almost 30 years. She serves several delicious Iranian dishes daily. She's very friendly and the food is amazing. We tried a special stew made with ground beef, eggplant, and squash and it was fantastic. Keep in mind that this restaurant doesn't have a lot of seating space and can only accommodate around 8-10 people.
Good Persian food you feel like you are at home. Nice lady was there for serving. Good location besides the castle. But few choices to order.
Delicious hearty food, good portions for the price. Friendly and fast service. The restaurant is small so there’s not too many places to sit, but people come and go so you just need to a wait a bit.
