Terrible Food and False Advertising I ordered this Mac & Cheese Steak sandwich that looks depressing and nothing like the picture. When I asked about this I was told that the image is outdated. My first bite into the sandwich was cold and disappointing. As I further attempted to eat the sandwich I could not get past the burnt taste in each bite and how dry the sandwich was. They were quite conservative on the amount of steak as well and had way too many burnt mushrooms. I ended up requesting a refund and was granted one by e-transfer that I later noticed was from an employees personal account. Weird. The employee was nice and polite in all interactions, but was unfamiliar about some menu items. I will not be returning to this restaurant and encourage management to do a better job training their employees about the menu and raise their standards for the food exiting their kitchen. Very Disappointing.
