Visited Chopstix Bridgend recently after shopping in McArthurGlen and honestly had such a nice experience. The food was really tasty, fresh and definitely better quality than some other Chopstix branches I’ve been to before. Chloe was lovely and gave great service, which made the visit even better. The store itself was really clean and I liked being able to fill my own drinks and order using the touch screens as it made everything really quick and easy. Will definitely be popping in again after doing my shopping in McArthurGlen 🙂
Went into Chopstix after finishing work as I wanted something quick and easy to eat. The young lady serving was really helpful when I asked about the food as I didn’t want anything too samey or spicy. She took the time to explain the options and help me choose, even though it was quite busy. She was polite, friendly and provided really good customer service (I think her name was Lili or Lilly). Food was nice and overall a really positive experience.
I would like to say a massive THANK YOU to all of the staff working today.. Especially Beth, Libby, Sophie, and Lara on the front. Despite it being very slow inside, they kept on top of tasks and kept smiling. The manager that came in around 4ish, her energy was contagious! She was so bubbly!! Will absolutely be returning, the food was SUPERB!😊

Made an order using the touchscreen system. It's a bit chewy if you have never been before and don't know what you want to order, but we go there in the end. I got noodles and rice. Noodles were excellent whilst the rice was a little bland and the added flavour sauce didn't seem to make much difference. I also had slated caramel chicken which I enjoyed and salt and pepper chicken which had a decent kick but was a little lacking in flavour compared to other places I have had it. The mini spring rolls were ok, but again lacked a bit of flavour and were a little bland Overall the meal was ok for the price (£12 approximately) and would go back but I think k I would try a different selection from the menu next time.
