My party was surprised by this place and enjoyed it a lot. The optioned on the menu are unique in Bonn since other places do not offer authentic Persian delicacies. Through the conversation I had with the staff, I am convinced that the menu is Halal, although I am not sure if I saw beer served. (serving alcohol does not need a license in Germany.)
I cannot agree with the positive reviews of Schöner that I've read here. Since a change in management in 2024, this company has still not managed to produce a final operating cost statement for 2024 for our apartment complex with 88 units (as of March 2026). A preliminary statement towards the end of 2025 was incorrect and unusable for billing our tenants because it omitted the costs for the underground parking garage and failed to show the allocation of heating/hot water costs between two tenants – we had a tenant change in 2024. Despite reminders and complaints about the incompleteness, neither the case worker nor Mr. Schöner responded. The deadline for the 2024 statement, announced in January for the end of February 2026, was also missed, and inquiries are not being answered. I have recommended to our advisory board that they consider terminating their contract with this management company, as such service is unacceptable.

Communication with the managing director and the administrative assistant, Ms. Julia Braf, is prompt and seamless. Ms. Braf is reliable and always available for us. Agreements are implemented accordingly. The owners' association can only benefit from this. Hamanns Schöner Hausverwaltung oversees every change, renovation, and modernization project and carries them out in accordance with the resolutions. This is what proactive property management should be like. We highly recommend them.
