I'm a frequent visitor to Turkey. I'm a fan of Turkish food. I can tell that this is a hidden gem! As authentic as Istanbul high end restaurants. Very polite and friendly staff. Real meat. We tried Adana lamb kebab, lamb donner and chicken kebab. All dishes were so delicious with generous amount of burghol and salad. Deserts were yemmy. With a very reasonable budget. Highly recommended for Turkish food lovers.

This is a halal Turkish restaurant located on the Automile on Route 1 in Norwood. Parking is available on site, but it might get a little tight, so leave your silver 1979 Fiat 124 Spider at home. There is enough seating for 50+ people, and large groups can probably be accommodated. The menu has a broad variety, including typical Turkish appetizers, kebabs, gyro, salads, sandwiches, Turkish pizza (lahmacun), and dessert. A catering menu is also available, so you're not stuck with your co-workers' favorite, The Oliver Garden. Service is cafeteria style, so be sure to ask for water and extra plates. The star of the show was the gyro sandwich ($9) bursting with crispy slices of beef and lamb and a shepherd salad. The chicken shish kebabs (small $10, large $15) were juicy chunks of chicken breast grilled perfectly and served with rice and sides of salad, bulgur, and bread. The bread is freshly made, served hot, and best with a side like the creamy hummus ($7). Overall, a worthy 5 out of 5 stars for quality, value, and delicious flavors. This author has tried numerous Turkish restaurants including in New York and Turkey, and this one is a gem.

Kebab and Gyro is absolutely fantastic. Establishment has done a great job in maintaining the quality of the restaurant. Love the Adana Kebab (Lamb and Chicken), Yougurt Kebab, Turkish Pizza and large variety of sweets. They also serve Turkish breakfast on Saturdays and Sundays. Highly recommended for families. I wish them (Levant and crew) all the success!
