Yesterday I visited Thai Express for the first time with a friend, and unfortunately it was a very disappointing experience. We were fasting for Ramadan and ordered a burger, shrimp soup, and rice with beef. The burger upset my stomach, the soup had almost no flavor, and the rice tasted like it had been reheated many times. The beef was very tough and I couldn’t even finish a bite. We also asked for water, but the glasses did not look clean and the water had a strange taste. My friend ordered another sandwich because he was still hungry, but it arrived late and the chicken looked poorly prepared. Overall, the food quality, cleanliness, and presentation were very disappointing. This was my first and definitely my last visit. I hope the restaurant improves its standards.
