I was staying at Hilton and they are in the same building. Manager and staff confirmed chicken and lamb is always halal on the menu but steak needs prior notice. I walked in placed the order day in advance and next day my halal steak was served. Very friendly staff and they also confirmed halal steaks are prepared seperately.
