GoogleMy spouse and I chose Ani Restaurant to celebrate our wedding anniversary, and we immediately understood why this place receives such high ratings. Even though we arrived half an hour before our reservation, we were seated right away. Turan welcomed us with a warm and friendly attitude. The restaurant’s decoration, music, and overall atmosphere are truly pleasant, and the guests are calm and classy. You can find flavors here that are very hard to come across in Finland—high-quality ingredients, excellent service, and impressive presentation. The portions were much larger than we expected. There is also a salad buffet with around 15 varieties of salads and mezes, and you can enjoy them without any extra charge. Everything tasted great. Kerem, who served us fresh bread and tea, was also very polite and professional. In general, the staff is extremely kind and they communicate very well in Finnish, English, and Turkish. Their approach is respectful yet warm and positive. The price–quality balance is absolutely fair. We ordered two mix grills, and as you can see from the photos, the portions were huge. For dessert, we tried baklava and kadayıf. The kadayıf was honestly the best we have ever eaten in our lives; the quality of the ingredients and the craftsmanship were immediately noticeable. We even ordered two extra portions to take home. Having tried more than 50 restaurants across the Uusimaa region, I can confidently say that this has become our new favorite place. Thank you for everything. I truly hope everyone reading this review goes and experiences it for themselves.
