About New Bamboo Center
Halal food can be prepared upon request preferably 2 days prior to the date. New Bamboo Center was founded in 1997 as a Chinese restaurant. Chinese restaurant food is served in addition to Malaysian curry dishes. We try to use fresh ingredients, mostly from Finland unless it is difficult to obtain.

GoogleHelsinki truly showed us that salmon here might be the best in the world - and Bamboo Asian & Kitchen Bar was the perfect place to experience it. We ordered a variety of dishes: wakame nigiri, salmon sashimi, tuna sashimi, a salmon & avocado set, and an additional set with both raw and grilled salmon nigiri. Every single bite was absolutely perfect - incredibly fresh, beautifully presented, and full of flavor. The quality of the fish, especially the salmon, was simply outstanding. The miso soup deserves a special mention — honestly one of the best we’ve ever had, and served in a cup, which was such a convenient and thoughtful touch. To complement the meal, we had a glass of Imperial Riesling and a Hugo Spritz - both paired wonderfully with the food and elevated the whole experience. Our daughter ordered a lychee peach soda - it was not only beautifully served, but so delicious that she asked for a second one! Everything was prepared to perfection - this was not just lunch, it was an experience. A truly memorable and delicious way to say goodbye to Finland… with a bang. Highly recommended!
