We absolutely love this restaurant. The team are some of the friendliest people we’ve ever had the pleasure to meet, and their hospitality keeps us coming back time and time again. The recent refurb is stunning, beautifully traditional but thoughtfully modernised. It still has all the charm and character we’ve always loved, but now with a fresh, elegant feel that makes every visit feel special. They always create a beautiful fresh starter for me, completely off the menu, and it’s consistently outstanding. The food here is exceptional across the board: full of flavour, cooked with care, and always presented beautifully. We usually enjoy a pint of Cobra, but tonight we tried a bottle of Chianti, which was excellent and paired surprisingly well with the dishes. Just another example of how this place never disappoints. A wonderful local Bangladeshi/Indian restaurant that goes above and beyond every single visit. Highly recommended.
