I just purchased 2 Chicken Burger meals - took a long time to cook and now we know why... a couple bites in and it was just a literal bitter mess. The chicken was overdone but the burger buns were beyond charred. You should never have served food that was this burnt! We were so hungry and tried to power through but were shocked to see how black the buns actually were. Clearly distracted in the back kitchen with staff running around on video calls, meaning minimal care put towards the food. Cannot be more disappointed with your lack of quality control, consideration for how your food tastes and negligence towards the health and satisfaction of your customers.
