This is a family-owned full-service Middle Eastern restaurant with a completely halal menu (according to staff), located in the center of Clinton. There are about 15 tables/booths and the restaurant is kept very clean. Parking is available on street, but the tight spots mean you should leave the Porsche 959 at home. This reviewer has been to this restaurant once. The falafel appetizer ($6) was fresh and crispy but perhaps not as flavorful as desired. It was served with suspiciously-familiar fresh pita bread, excellent hummus, and slightly bland tabbouleh. The chicken shawarma plate ($11) was served with a generous portion of tasty non-shawarma marinated chicken, flavorful biryani (more Persian than South Asian), and salad. Overall, this is a very good restaurant, especially considering its non-urban location, and it would be great for family dining.
