About Tempura Grill
Tempura means authentic Pakistani food with a Japanese fusion, marinated and cooked with the best spices Pakistan has to offer, right here in Houston. In 2009, with God's help, I opened our first location in the north side of Houston with a commitment to use the same passion and recipes of my mother. Since then, we have grown to three locations and have formed semi-exclusive partnerships with hotels such as the JW Marriot, Hilton Americas, and others for catering. At Tempura, I promise, you will taste the same spices, smell the same aromas, and feel the same tingle as I did with my mother's cooking, and her mother before her. At Tempura, you'll taste Pakistani tradition!

Love this place.Been there many times. The food has always been Excellent in the buffet. The fresh naans , Malai boti and Tikas, Haleem and chinese. Loved their food. One of the best restaurant in houston so far.

I went for iftari a few days ago and was very happy with the experience. I called and booked a table ahead of time (party of 6) and everything went very smoothly. When we arrived, the table was already ready in a nice spacious hall that was full, but not over crowded. The food was good, some items were better than others but overall a good selection. Drinks and deserts can be improved upon but the decor and food made up for the draw backs. They had the soda in big bottles for everyone to pour for themselves and there was only one desert available (it happened to be very good, but that's not the point :)) The buffet is slightly expensive but not outrageous. All in all a good experience.

I love this place. The food has always been good on the buffet. The fresh naans are amazing. The chinese dishes are great. Kababs fantastic. Biryani good. The seating can be weird sometimes.

Not at all good food, buffet was very cold and the drinks were warm. To top everything off the service is really slow and no sense of customer service at all.... DO NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE AT ALL!
