Good food, best I\'ve found in North Houston so far. Owners seem like good muslims. There was a prayer rug in prominent display in the restaurant each time I have been there.
Are not consistent with the quality of the food. Last year we used to frequent the place every weekend being the only good halal place around but then we noticed the food did not taste so well so stoppped going. Last weekend we went after a pretty long gap . This time few of the dishes in the Buffet tasted better as the owner had promised but my wife noticed a fly swimming in the Baingan Raita. The owner said it must have feel in the dish by accident ..that was an amusing answer . I would never accuse him of deliberately putting in there, the fly would have not much flesh on it anyway:-) We all had upset stomachs when we got home, not sure if we had already eaten a few ..by accident! Very disappointed ! The positive thing about restarant is they would provide you janamaaz to pray if you needed to!
I will say this one of the best restaurant in north. If owner is working everything is dam good!

Well from reading the reviews, I have to agree that they are inconsistent with their food, but when they do good, they do it really good. Me and my family go there often because it is one of the few local places in the North side, and usually never have a problem with the food. Pertaining to the customer service complaint, I think it depends on who you get, if you get the owner or the wife, or the older man there, they give great customer service, but if you get the younger guy, which I can say a lot about him, but I will just say he is usually rude and doesn't care about how you feel about the food. Try to talk to the owners instead of him.
Went there with my family and while eating the buffet there was a lady moping and she knocked 1 of the chicken pieces over and picked it up off the floor and put it back :/
We catered a party at this restaurant and the food was too spicy and tasted old. I talked to the owner and he was not helpful at all. I regret giving them my business. The quality of the food at this place has gone downhill. I would not recommend them.
Food quality and service has really gone down at this place. I have been going there and recently I was really disappointed by the service. The management was inattentive to our concerns and the food was extremely spicy and tasted old. When I brought this up and the fact that it was really cold inside the restaurant as we went with small children. The owner happened to be there and treated us like garbage. Apparently they have stopped caring about customer feedback and food quality.
Good restaurant in this part of town...friendly staff.
great food, great service. Excellent host. Balti gosht is the best all of America.
Quality varies. Seekh kabab is very good. On the buffet, tandoori chicken, bihari kabab and burrani are usually very good. Vegetables and curries are too greasy. Dessert availability is variable. Decent, but not remarkable. They get their meat from a local halal meat store, so that part is assured.
Food was excellent. They catered our wedding, and everyone gave positive reviews!
Quality of their food is average. If u go for a buffet after the first hour, u can land up eating stuff which appears stale and cold.
i first heard about this place when they catered a wedding i went to..the food was really good. it's about a 45 minute drive for me, but i used to go there every now and then because it was worth it. Quality has come down A LOT recently. went there twice in the past month and wasn't happy either time. i heard they changed ownership...this could be the reason.
Pretty good food. kebabs were very good but all curried dishes were just average. So a combination of kebab and birayani will a very inexpensive and tasty treat. Gajar Halwa is also pretty decent.
What an experience to do business with Lazeeza Grill, We were referred to them by some friends and Suhail helped us cater our wedding, he booked the hotel, he arranged the stage, video and decor plus the awesome food , the first pakistani wedding planner. They also did a full service party at my home with live cooking and service. My family still say till today , not only did Lazeeza Grill cater our wedding but they let us enjoy our wedding.
I think it would be nice if we have option of placing order online.
Not Consistant at all. I went to a wedding once and ate there food and it tasted pretty good, but when I had my own party catered from them, it seems like they used food froma previous event, watered it down and served it ay my sons Birthday party. What type of way is this to do business? They will never survive like this. They will end up like Frasco restaurant did.
Cafe Lazeeza catered my cousins wedding this Sunday at Hyatt Downtown for 800 people. What a great job great food Thanks for making our family happy.
My family and I drive from Sugarland once a week to eat their food and we see them mcater alot of functions. I would say the best caterers in town.
I think Lazeeza Grill is the best Pakistan/India food in Houston. They have very clean environment. The food are cooked fresh.
terrible. just terrible. we went there for a taste-testing for my sister's upcoming wedding, and the food was terrible! the rice had gone bad, and the chicken dishes were undercooked. the "kheer" tasted like crumbly rice pudding. it is poorly lit and the tables were absolutely filthy. inside the bathrooms, the faucet was leaking and caused the floor to be slippery. our entire family had driven for an entire hour and a half in the rain to come to Lazeeza, because we had been assured that the food was par excellence, and very good. we were very sadly disappointed. i would definitely not reccomend this establishment to anyone.
Excellent environment. Food is not that spicy as we like, but excellent.
Lazeeza grill maybe serves the best Indian/Pakistani food in town.Good food quality and friendly staff. Try their Warqi paratha. The menu has not changed for last 3 years, but food quality has always been excellent.
Very clean and family like atmosphere. Great food and great mango shakes. Boneless dishes a must - and the naan is the best in town.
Nice clean restuarant, great tasting homestyle food. Probably the best Pakistani restaurant in Houston. Awesome curry dishes (boneless meat) and the best mango shakes. I will definitely go again and tell my friends.
"One of the best Authentic Pakistani food in North Houston area. They offer Lunch Buffet with includes many delicious dishes. Their food is Homestyle and hot! but lunch buffet is mild. If you are looking for Sheer-Mal, they got it. Try their Specialty, "Balti-Alu". Dinner menu is a bit pricy, but it's worth it!"
"Nice and clean. Especially good for it's lunch buffet, that has a lot of variety with tasty Pakistani and Indian specialties. Cost for the buffet is $6.99. Try their "Baalti Aaloo" and "Bombay Aaloo". Comapred to other "desi" places in the neighborhood this place is a little pricey for dinner but all the dishes are delicious and light on the spices."
