Halal summary

Staff has given verbal assurance of halal status. From the owner: 'Our lamb is halal as it was from start. I buy my lamb from Central Halal meat in Calgary. We have been getting a lot of enquiries about halal meat and I am considering beef and chicken. If we have a lot of Muslim brothers and sisters who are interested in our menu I would definitely have halal meat in stock. If there is a demand for it I will cater it. Im a Hindu myself but have a respect for all religion.'
