Fantastic food, friendly staff. The sweets are better than mom makes, but don't tell her. You won't be disappointed.

NOTE: Forn Alhara is NOT on Archer Street (which is purely residential); it is on Brookhurst St, just on the flip side of the house where G maps will take you on Archer. This place is clearly very popular and hopping busy; one bite of their anything and the reason is clear. Traditional favorites made with authentic recipes right when you order. Sure, it takes a while to get your food, but it's worth the wait and you're forewarned. Next visit, I plan to either call ahead or order in person and then go for a stroll or shop around while they fresh bake my order. The open kitchen is fun to watch, the place looks like one of those traditional authentic Italian eateries in Little Italy complete with a huge open front oven right in the main room.

Delicious Lebanese manaqeesh with different kinds of toppings and fata'ir. Very delicious and equally reasonably priced. Enjoyed their food.
