Both the customer service and the food are poor quality. The food doesn't taste fresh. It tastes packaged, and pre-made. My family and I used to go often, but have since stopped going completely, as the unpredictability is not worth our time and money.

Good food and service. Although it seems their recipe changed. When I first went the chili chicken was amazing! Now it tastes like Tangerine -- almost like the same chef, which is not a good thing.

I try only first time, it's 100 %Halal with mark. Food was great and delicious. My favorite is lemon chicken. Zen have good taste plus less soya. Tangreen food served with too much soya. I like Zen and defiantly I will go again.
