cleanliness: 10/10 customer Service: 8/10 Food Deliciousness: 9/10 Value: fair Customer service was good but not great. Had to wait for server to come to take my order; she was chatting with her colleague. Burgers were outstanding. Lost a point bc the fries in the poutine were not cooked all the way. Would I come here again: YES Would I recommend this place: YES

Consistency is an issue, but that\'s the case with everything else BUT the burger. The fries, service, etc. The burger is the best in town (Burgernator is close but its downtown). The deals are excellent. Service can be slow sometimes but that is ok. I have tried the poutine long ago but did not really like it (maybe I am just not a poutine person) but my friends always get gravy with fries and they seem to enjoy it.

Consistency in quality needs to match like the Kennedy / Steeles branch. Lots of room for improvement with fries. Burger is not the same quality. Good expansion but need to remain consistent.

Pretty good burgers, but the bun could be better... also, their Toonie Tuesday deal makes it worth it, or else a regular combo can be pretty pricey.

Obviously Big Moe's has its fans, but I believe it's overrated and overpriced. Took my family there and service was very slow. The burger wasn't bad, but wasn't anything to be proud of. For the price you pay there, your burger should come on a decent roll, not a cheap flimsy kid-style bun, and you should get leaf lettuce, not shredded stuff probably from a bag. The fries were over-cooked and the poutine embarrassing. They advertise a gourmet burger, but don't deliver. We're not going again.

I went there with my friend on a weekday Lunch hour when there were only two people ahead of me, the order took like 10 mins to take then the food took another half an hour to make. That's not the worst part, the juicy lucy chicken was burnt but I didn't want to complain about it because my Lunch hour was almost over from work. I would never go back here again, BUT the Kennedy/Steeles location is always good.

Very average ...Nothing special. The patty by itself seemed like it was seasoned with salt and pepper. nothing else ... very bland imo. You can get tastier burgers down the street. Price point is very high for the area. Double Hamburger + Poutine + Funnel Cake (strawberry, ice cream toppings) came out to $22. that's pricey for me!

Best burger spot in the city period. Great food, great service and great prices. Fresh ground non-frozen beef, fresh cut fries and very tasty funnel cakes. Two thumbs up.

Went here after some saturday night ball hockey and it was fantastic. One of the best burger joints in Toronto. Had the double cheeseburger and it was made to perfection. Burger tasted great and really cooked right. Right off the 'Shawarma District', its located more in a non-congested area off Lawrence with ample parking. This place has actual tables and chairs to sit on. Even though it was busy, the servers were taking orders with a smile and very friendly. My cousin and I got our order in like 12mins so not bad. Congrats to the owners in opening up this location and going HMA-approved is a solid move!
