I have order priri chicken with rice and pizza it was very worst and staff was rode and not flavoured like Piri chicken can’t suggest any thing

This place is absolutely disgusting. The restaurant was dirty, and to make things worse, I found hair in my food. That alone is unacceptable, but the service was just as bad—rude, slow, and careless. No apology, no concern, nothing. I will never eat here again and I strongly warn others to stay away.

To Owner of Char Grill, I am writing to bring a serious issue to your attention regarding my recent experience at your outlet. We ordered an 18-inch pizza, but your staff mistakenly prepared and gave us an 8-inch pizza. Even though this was clearly their mistake, we calmly accepted it and politely said that it was not a problem, requesting a new pizza to match our original order. Unfortunately, instead of acknowledging their mistake, your staff refused to accept responsibility. What was even more disappointing and shocking was their behavior toward us. We were spoken to in a very rude and disrespectful manner, called “stupid,” and verbally abused. This kind of language and attitude toward customers is completely unacceptable. To make matters worse, we were physically pushed out of the shop. This behavior is not only unprofessional but also disturbing. We are neighbors and regular customers, and we never expected to be treated this way. Good food alone is not enough to run a successful business. Staff behavior, customer respect, and basic manners are equally important. If you train your staff to prepare food, they should also be trained on how to speak respectfully and handle mistakes professionally. I hope you will take this complaint seriously and take appropriate action so that no other customer has to face such treatment in the future. Thank you

First time I’ve ordered from here and a great mistake literally the food made me throw up it was old! By the feel and taste of the chips you can tell that it’s not freshly made food had to be thrown away. Even the burger was not fresh neither was the salad in the burger very disappointed not recommend to anyone don’t even give it the benefit of the doubt absolutely disgusting food to be serving to customers this needs to be looked into

Right little gem ! From the outside the sign is old so you know they do good food and been around for a while Overwhelmed with the kitchen size and menu, you want it. These guys gots it! Friendly staff and great tasting burgers We had these at work today. I was starving… I had the chicken. Perfect spice. Great tasting fresh chips and a decent price. Wish I had the kong burger looked very nice. See the last pic. Could have easily had all three. They are best burgers I’ve had for a while. Need to get this again. Great work guys. See you soon and keep it up
