Very disappointed with Mr Yummy Bangor. The staff behaviour was completely unacceptable and felt rude and abusive. There was constant shouting inside the shop, which created a very hostile and depressing atmosphere. It felt chaotic and extremely unprofessional. On top of that, the pricing is inconsistent, which makes it hard to trust what you’re being charged. Customer service standards are clearly lacking. This place seriously needs better management and staff training. I would not recommend it based on this experience.
