Molana

Visited with a party of 6, with s booking. Made to wait, despite booking in advance. Appalling service. Very very busy. Large portions but bland. Waste of time.

To begin with, I made a reservation for 6pm for 10 people to celebrate my mothers 45th birthday. Me and a friend arrived to the restaurant 5 or 10 mins early to make sure we welcome whoever comes first. It was now 6 and there was people sitting on our reserved spaces. Then whilst we were eating our food, the place started to get real busy, and the waiters actually approached us a few times to ask if we had finished.Then when we ordered tea and asked for birthday cake to be brought to the table, as soon as the cake arrived the owner came and said to us loud and clear in a very commanding tone, " You have five minutes". I was utterly disgusted and angry. Even when we my mother was trying to talk to him, he walked away,so we payed and left immediately. I am still in complete shock at how a restaurant can find this kind of customer service, and the worst thing is the owner of the place had the worst of manners. I do not recommend this place for anyone. Absolutely not happy with my choice, and will never dine at that place again.

Molana is a terrible restaurant, owner was rude, inconsiderate and borderline racist considering we waited an hour and a half for our food whilst many others were served before us! The owner told us that it was busy and we would have to wait whilst he served others who ordered after us! STAY AWAY!
