Absolutely shocking service. The restaurant tells deliveroo how long it will be (approximately) for delivery since they're not using deliveroo drivers - they decided to lie and say 30 minutes approx... well an hour and a half later the food arrives and only after calling them twice. The first guy was rude and blatantly lied to me that my food "just left" even though he didn't ask for a postcode or delivery number, and, they had marked it as "on it's way" through the app at least 30 minutes before I called. The second time I called to say it had been an hour and a half wait they didn't even apologise. So whether or not the food was good I feel is irrelevant because I'll never order from them again with this kind of service. They have a little sticker with the food that asks you to leave a review so there's my review. The sticker also says if anything is wrong to call them, yet when I did that the customer service was terrible.
