Was looking for something halal on Mission as I had some ttim to kill before my flight out of SFO. This place is just a few blocks from the 24 and Mission BART station and has excellent food. I really enjoyed the lentil soup in particular. Clean place with good ambience. I just feel bad for the owners having to do business in this terribly overpriced city.

Very Good food! I order Shawerma it was pretty good! Owner or who ever fun this place is very polite and the two girls here are also very polite. I am visiting SF but if I lived here I would have come here quite often.

Made a quick stop over enroute from SFO. There is parking on street. Seating is a bit tight. I found prices but high, prolly a CA things. I called an inquired about the Zabiha status and the owner was what's the difference between Zabiha and halal? After a brief friendly conversation he said all his meet is 'Zabiha' I left it at that for sake of husna'zan. Most if not all his clients where non-Muslims. I called another place before I went here and the guy there was very helpful said most of the places in SF area don't buy from Muslim slaughter houses or Muslim butchers as the cost is very high, so walahu'Alam.

Stopped in here for lunch recently. Had the Fetta with Meat (lamb) and Mint Tea. Its a good size serving and the plate comes with Pita bread (warm) as well as some dips and pickled turnips and olives. The food was pretty good, but the Fetta was heavier than what I was expecting. The interior decor of the place is very nice and clean. Not too much seating inside, but still comfortable. The prices were reasonable, although a little toward the high side. Service was fast and friendly.

My friend and I tried the falafel appetizer and combo platter dish. Usually falafel had this weird taste an tends to be on the more dry side from the few places I've had them at. The falafel a here were the most delicious ones I have ever had. It was nice and crunchy on the outside and moist and flavorful on the inside. It didn't have that weird taste to it that typically turns me off from falafels. They also provided some pita bread with some dipping sauces which were also quite delicious and full of flavor. The combo platter had chicken cubes, steak cubes, ground lamb/kefta kabob, rice and hummus. Besides the steak cubes which were a little on the chewy side, everything else tasted very delicious. The chicken was nice and moist and properly cooked, the kefta kabob was just as good along with the the seasoned rice. The hummus was a nice addition. I would definitely visit this place again and recommend it to anyone in the area. Parking will be a problem but that's the downside to most places in San Francisco.

We found this restaurant on m.zabihah.com and went to eat there while in San Francisco. The atmosphere was really nice and the food was great! We were impressed with the desserts as well. Our server was taking care of all the tables and she was on top of it and very timely. I definitely recommend it. All the parking close by is either metered or 1 hour, so you should plan for that.

Tiny casual place in the Mission district. Authentic food especially the Kunafa. I love the falafel sandwich- fresh with toasted lavash. The lamb shawerma is huge and done well. You can tell their customers are mostly middle easterners cause there are items on the menu I've never heard before. Can't wait to try them.
