They said the food is halal but they get their meat from unverified source which isn't halal. They should clarify where they get their meat from because when you call to ask, they get very defensive and hang up the phone on you. I wouldn't believe that their food is halal.
Food is very tasty. Prices are moderate.
Food was delicious! There balone is full not like some places where there so thin. The rice was on point and there kabobs nice and juicy. It seemed like a family owned business and they were all very kind. Very very child friendly which makes it easier when you have little ones. Next time I'm into the Sacramento area I will definitely come back. Great food and prices, why not!
The food and service at this restaurant was unbelievably good. The waitress was very kind, and the food had amazing quality and a good quantity. Overall I recommend this restaurant to everyone who wants good food and good service.
We had lunch yesterday afternoon and as soon as we walked in we were instantly greeted by the lady behind the counter. Very friendly people and food was good with large portion. Do try Chapli Kabobs, it is good but on top of that, they are 2 extremely large pieces which I have never seen before.
The lady owner used to work for the Kabob Palace, she was always my favorite. Great big smile, excellent customer service skills and attentive. They have a nice, clean atmosphere inside and good food with average portions.
I ate lunch here today for the first time. The restaurant was clean and I was instantly greeted by the lady who is the cook and may be the owner. The service was very good and the food was exceptional. I ordered the beef spring rolls for an appetizer and and the chicken kabob plate. The food was delicious. It was the best Afghan food I have had in a long time. The server was also a very pleasant gentleman. I paid what I believe to be a fair price for a very good portion and delicious meal. I will eat here again and do highly recommend.
This is my second time in two weeks. Very good food and it feels like you are home with no pressures. I always love the family owned places. Do try the chapli kabobs.
This is an amazing restaurant! The chicken kabob and rice are the best.
