Good burgers, good service but might not go again.

Not bad but not the best. Worth trying if you're nearby but not worth driving a good distance for. Not expensive but not cheap. Just a plain ol' average burger spot nothing special.

Ummm...yeah, I just called there and apparently they cook the beef, chicken and turkey on the same grill "but different areas". But of the same grill definitely. And none of the stores carry Halal Turkey. So Turkey is not Halal here.

Never disappointed with Hero burgers, good service.$11 6oz combo .. good deal.

I have to say these burgers were AWESOME. I was in town from Washington and everyone here always raved about Hero burger. I finally tried it and now I know what everyone was talking about.

I always get the 8oz signature burger. great burger!

I don't know where they get their meat from, but my understanding is that the Hero franchise in Ontario is all halal. They are a bit pricey, but their burgers are great. I had the 8 oz signature burger and my kids had the hot dogs. Great food overall.

Can someone confirm if this halal ? Where do they get there meet from ?

I've eaten at this location a few times in the past couple of months, and their burgers are amazing! I can only say that if you crave a good burger, just go to Hero Certified Burgers - you will not be disappointed. Their prices are on the higher side but this ain't no ordinary burger! My fave: 4oz Signature Burger with Onion Rings.

The food was good. And th price is reasonable for today’s market. However, it’s concerning that the staff did not add our order into the cash register until we asked for a receipt. Gave us the impression that they were charging us for the order and taxes, but not claiming it.
